      We arrive in Melk at 7.30am.

      There is a tour today to Melk Abbey. Narelle and I decide not to tour today but instead have a day aboard the ship to catch up and to rest after some busy days.

      Our feedback from the passengers that did the tour was that the Abbey was spectacular. The Abbey is famous and has the rare distinction of surviving as an active Benedictine monastery ...

      ... rico! :D --------- At Vienna. The eight and half hours flight wasn't as bad as I anticipated. We already went through customs and was very easy. In less than an hour will be boarding the last flight that will take us to Tel Aviv. Here we had the most expensive coffee and bottled water of history. At least the coffee is as good as the Venezuelan one, yum! ...

      ... our Guest House called Falle-Greilacher in Velden am Worthersee! It overlooks the alps, a little village and a beautiful lake.       ... tram which was a 43, but then it took a different direction and turned into a 44. There was some German speech which I assume, alerting passengers to get off and change if required, but as I didn't speak the language I ended up in vineyards. Catching the right tram back to the hotel proved to be more difficult than I thought. A quick beer, then taxi to airport. Time for one more veal ...

The town Stoob is known for its ceramics, hence the ceramic structures throughout the town, including bus shelters made out of ceramic tiles that students from the school had made - it looks really effective!
