... a morning we had. I got up early as usual and got ready for the day ahead. As I was heading down to eat breakfast, the girls were speaking to the receptionist who told us we needed to move rooms immediately as another big group was coming that morning. We only had 10 minutes before our taxi was to arrive so we were all pretty angry. We started to pack our things to move, and Alice and Freda went up to check the new room. It was a tiny room and only had 3 beds (which there are 4 of ...

I passed the nondescript yellow building and thought it looked pretty sterile, but my guidebook said the people were friendly so I went inside. I could use friendly at this point.

For this reason I fully understood the reaction of the train ...

... prepared a huge feast which only the pictures could adequtely describe. Eveything from a variety of cheese to homemade sour-cherry brandy to grilled pork, homemade french fries, and a delicious cake which words cannot due justice to. After the feast Squid and I taught everyone how to play O- **** and we spent almost 3 hours playing the game and enjoying eachother's company. Sunday, as all Sunday's should be, was a lazy day, we took a short walk ...

... updated us on our walk back.

After this morning I am very excited to work with Liviu and the teens. I am thankful I have had no expectations so far. That was one of my goals for myself to come here with no expectations. I am also very blessed to have a youth ministry minor and to have had experiences with youth groups because I think it will be a great help to this program/ministry.

    God works in incredible ways.
