    ... had lunch etc then headed back to do some shopping since we needed a few items like toothpaste and deodorant. Because the kitchen stove wasn't working we just got some noodles to have later that night.

    We spent most of the evening in the common room, a new lot of Busabout people had arrived so we chatted a bit with them.

    We are both looking forward to France and ...

    ... places to eat. Lucy was hungry again. Oh dear. Luckily we didn't stop at one of the restaurants along the canal and walked further where we stumbled upon a large open air market. It was really cool. Had lots of organic food stalls and lots of places to sit. Our host had encouraged us to eat Italian food and drink Italian wine so for the 5th night in the row we did.     (Last day!) Today we woke up earlier then we have ever woke up. When we woke up we headed to the airport and hopped on a flight to Milan. When we got to Milan we checked in to our hotel, and then had lunch. We had pizza again, but if was still delicious. After lunch, we headed to the pool and went swimming for a while. It was so fun! After swimming we changed and walked around Milan. Soon ...

    ... _Pavia). The little houses had the sweetest interiors where the monks worked on illuminations (not sure if that is the correct form of that verb). I have a few interior shots I will upload that I took "illegally". The interiors open up to a private garden for each monk and there is an upstairs as well that we didn't get to see. It was a wonderful, wonderful space!
