we loved this hotel. we booked an apartment, and found it had everything we wanted and needed. It was very quaint, had character and loads of space. just beautiful and couldn't say enough about it. breakfast was great too, and the trams were very handy to get into Prague. a very memorable stay and didn't want to leave.

We took the afternoon pretty easy, just checking around the city (which is very easy to do by foot by the way) and strolled down St Wenceslas square which was the most modern looking part of the city. We finished off the day by having dinner at a nearby restaurant, which was quite nice. I can’t say that I enjoyed Czech cuisine much, its way too hearty for me.
Our time in Prague lasted two days but I combine them because they were both enjoyed by the new friends we made at the Emma Hostel, the lovely British gals Imogen and Jess. It has been 8 years since I've lived in England, so my accent has almost completely faded, or so I thought... As we spent the two days touring the city with them Brian started to notice my old accent come out and by the end of the final evening there I was feeling like a fully fledged Brit ...
