we loved this hotel. we booked an apartment, and found it had everything we wanted and needed. It was very quaint, had character and loads of space. just beautiful and couldn't say enough about it. breakfast was great too, and the trams were very handy to get into Prague. a very memorable stay and didn't want to leave.

The first part of it was built in the 9th century and it is composed of three courtyards and numerous buildings built over the last 11 centuries from all architectural styles. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Castle is dominated by the Gothic St Vitus Cathedral and to me, a ...

... like outside.
La Degustation - The Kitchen - So open and it seemed so calm - just like Hotel Mortimer.
The Menu at La Degustation - We had the smaller 6 course menu on the left, without matching wines. We talked to the sommelier and went for his recommendation for a red -Cuvée Renome, Sedlak@ KC890 (NZ$52) - the wine was very pleasant - a nutlike a Cabernet Sav / Merlot.
Opening the wine - The Sommelier is shown here preparing the wine. Oncee opened (cork) ...
