we loved this hotel. we booked an apartment, and found it had everything we wanted and needed. It was very quaint, had character and loads of space. just beautiful and couldn't say enough about it. breakfast was great too, and the trams were very handy to get into Prague. a very memorable stay and didn't want to leave.

... so nice to walk in and greet the brothers and sisters we met last October. There are a few specific individuals that I would like to get to know better. Two of them are Jody and Daniel. Their parents had once been missionaries in South Africa years ago and at times had to flee for their lives because of their service to Jehovah. Their two sons Jody & Daniel are fine boys in the congregation that give amazing comments and ...

... headed for Villa Muller, a house designed in 1930 by Adolf Loos, an early modernist architect. The house is owned by the City of Prague and is run as an historic monument with guided tours. The website indicated pre-booking for tours and none were available until well after Christmas. We decided to go and see the house and at least have a look at the exterior. We arrived on the tram with two young men who were also headed for ...

... the view for the 10 minutes up stream and 20 minutes back down, we spent the next hour in the lock staring at a wall, while another vessel pulled up alongside with a jazz band on-board (yes the sounds floating across the water were our entertainment too – not that we could hear a thing from below deck!)

With the scenery and music a bit of a fail, but with the ...
