... the place was full of tourists, the wait staff were pleasant, the food more than acceptable and the prices reasonable. Lunch was a much more pleasant experience than dinner last night. We had another wander after lunch and went back to one of the shops we had seen something we liked. We bought a couple of pieces from there, glass tray and a couple small souvenirs for the boys. The lady in the shop was a bit taken by the boys and told us she was half Thai and half Malaysian ...

Edie had cereal and a pastry and I had an egg and bacon muffin and some bread with marmalade. By shortly after 8.00 we we ready to go. Four different cruise ships had docked early in the morning. ... that! The rest of the afternoon was spent.... Wait for it.... SHOPPING!!!! Italy itself is well known for its expensive fashion such as Louis Vuitton and Chanel and also it's leather trade but this is a little out of my price range! Venice itself is known for the production of Muruno Glass, Venetian Lace and of course the famous Venetian masks which are absolutely everywhere! So a few family presents and a lot of Euros later it was a good idea to catch ...
