ZERMATT TO LONDON

A travel blog entry by nancya on Oct 08, 2014

Alas we are leaving Switzerland, it is a glorious sunny morning so the Matterhorn was very visible and glowing in the early morning light. We are in the train to Visp where we connect with the train to Geneva. As we move away from Zermatt the clouds close in. From Visp 2 1/2 hours to Geneva airport passing through small towns and larger ones like Montreux, Lausanne and ...

Matt is immensely frustrated with the reflection of the glass and Jake is ...

... road is goes nowhere, great tarmac and there are virtually no cars. Heaven for cyclists. What I didn't count on was Julie telling me to go ahead and climb it as fast as I could. As there was really only one way up and down this meant that there was virtually no chance of getting lost. We kissed at the bottom and we both set off on our own journeys up this mountain. I realize it sounds odd to go for a ride like this on our anniversary and not do it together but I think it kind ...
