    ... good doctor, but to start with some pain killers. On the road for Paciano, where we were hoping to have a GF cooking class. No response to a couple of emails, we were not 100% sure that all was going to go according to plan.... We headed for the address on the website and rang the bell at the gate (this is a 40 acre olive farm with an electric gate similar to ours).     ... us down. It was bliss. Just sheer unadulterated X rated bliss.

    Lyn, meanwhile, is not a sun bunny. He relaxed by the Dub, after tidying up. He spent the day chilling, reading and sleeping. He did come to see us for half an hour, but immediately headed to the water to cool down. He and Tegz swam out to the floating pontoon, and sunbathed on there, cooling down in the water.

    ... the typical gelato shops etc, but then turned slightly inland, up some steps and into the old town. Wow! It was lovely. Just old and cobbled with so much atmosphere. I think I’m going to enjoy some of these random small places more than your typical Tuscan tourist traps. We spent a lovely hour just mooching and then sat and had an ice cream in a little local place near the lake.

    ... the San Brizio Chapel. Returned to Rome in the late afternoon and had our farewell dinner :-( It was at Tanagra Restaurant which was part opera/comedy show. Very entertaining and a great way to end our trip. Goodbyes and kisses all around! ...
