... br> We head out to the countryside to visit Tenuta Decugnano Dei Barbi for our wine tasting. We climb some hills and are treated to a very gorgeous view of Orvieto. ... female, just sort-of hanging around whiling away the day talking, smoking, drinking coffee, and doing nothing in particular... and, as I've noted before, there is certainly no point in keeping your shop open during the lunch hours from 12.00-15.00 - there might be customers around to make you busy, so let's just close up for that period....

... When we got downstairs we were the first to arrive, someone took our coffee order and we made our way to the food table. In front of us were cakes, croissants, apple strudel, fruit salad more cakes and sitting all by themselves a plate of hard boiled eggs. We filled our plates with the obvious choice of croissants and cakes and sat down to enjoy them. Once we were done we headed out to start our day.

... the scene of enough ugly traffic confrontations due to it being so narrow, that they have installed traffic lights at each end of the problem area which allow the traffic to flow in each direction for maybe 2 minutes at a time, but alternating one-way direction. We didn't die!
