... was inspiration for our cornetto ice cream) and a arancino which is rice and tasty beef and cheese filling in a breadcrumb crust...sound off but really nice and not oily. And a glass of Savignon blanco which was ok - not sweet. Best airport food. Plane passengers well trained- all on board 15 mins before departure. Really cramped seating but only 1.15 flight. ... olive tress are dry, so we are going to get started at Lisa and Helena's today --!in fact in about 20 minutes. if the weather holds, we should finish today and then have them pressed tonight and that is very fun to watch.

Monday - Florence

... wide enough for me and my pack - and people were going both ways! We made it. And, it was worth it. The views were fantastic. But, even better, the church bells in town rang while we were on top. Hearing the bells ring was really cool. Something about the sound carrying through the stone streets was different than anything I have experienced. Then, I had to pee. It cost me a Euro!
