We are Canadians so we sat on their patio and watched the olive wood being brought in for the pizza oven, the oven being lit, the pizza dough being kneed into balls and stored in the warming drawer, the pizzas being made and thrown, the pizzas being topped, baked and then either delivered to us or into boxes as they were picked up. ...

... than I thought and I will totally try this at home. While we baked, Rob went for a walk into town and took some beautiful pictures from different vantage points. I never tire of looking at pictures of Cleto or of taking them. They tease me every time the camera comes out and compare me to my cousin Rose when it comes to being kodak moment obsessed!! They sure love looking at them though as I load them onto my ipad multiple times a day and bring it with me for them to ...
