... br> This morning I woke up and ate breakfast with the group on the beautiful rooftop. More toast and eggs with ****** orange juice. I watched them leave for the day as I am now on bed rest :( It sucked watching them leave without me, but I really want to go to the Acropolis tomorrow and don't want to irritate the blisters. At least they seem to be healing this morning. The highlights of my day include folding my laundry, eating an orange, and making me bed. Yippee.
... courage to run across eight lanes of traffic because believe me, Greeks "at the wheel" have not the faintest idea what a pedestrian crossing is.....perhaps an opportunity to reduce the population! Once on the other side, the buses come every 10 minutes and then a switch onto the Metro underground system and five stops later, at just 1.40 Euro each (bargain!) and we were there! Too easy mate!
