    We did some major laundry at Maria's place yesterday. Unfortunately, the weather became worse and we had to hang things indoor. Sure enough, nothing was dry this morning. So we wore whatever we had to keep us warm - Greg with rashguard, anorak, and shorts, me with shorts and hoodie (thank god I didn't wash my hoodie!)     ... three miles are easy going, along paved roads and paths, but then (after the lighthouse to the north of Alcossebre), it becomes a fairly rough track, more suited to a mountain bike really, plus it is very up and down.
