mixture of Polish, Croatian and English. It's based on some local wild flowers which she gathers and stews with sugar. Evidently a natural anti biotic and especially good for …well everything.

I sipped whilst she nursed a large frothing pot over her single burner gas ring which was “safely” nestled in a slightly larger cardboard box to ward ...

The drive down to the coast, on quiet back roads was spectacular. The higher seating in the van allows us to see over th crash barriers. The only blip was that Brutus " moved" a little bit as we were driving. This meant roadside adjustments.
We had some cause for sad reflection as we drove past many war damaged dwellings. One little village (where Dave attended to Brutus) ...

    ... really good restaurants.

To me most of the places feel the same, the ones that don't to me are the better ones.
So I think this one is one of the same.

So after, we drove to a town nearby.

This one stood out to me because it had the narrowest street in the world at 43 cm.
It was the world's smallest street.

... after lunch we went driving to two towns, they were cool.

The second town had the smallest street in the world.

We found it and we walked through it.

The smallest part of the street was 43 centimeters apart.

I fitted easily so did Zara and Riley.

But Mum and Dad had some slight complaints because they could not fit that well.

... br> We squeezed our way through it and Riley tried to climb up it.

We didn’t expect much of this stay as we only picked it to break up the drive to Venice, Italy, but it was fabulous.

Great restaurants with an overindulgence of food, perfect weather, gorgeous sunsets, a relaxing local atmosphere and live bands.

Sadly its Bok to Croatia, but buongiorno to Italy.
