We finished the tour, a little leg weary, with lunch in the quite nice Mercedes-Benz Restaurant before perusing the shop - again nothing that quite ticked all the boxes for me :). We hopped back onto the bus and finished the city tour which had a quite interesting, if not a little kitsch, dialogue between an older man describing the sites and history of the city to his grand ...

Our trip has officially begun in Stuttgart, Germany. We were welcomed by Nadya's lovely German friend, Jonas. We continued our walk down Konigstrabe to Leonhards Kirche. Then on to Rathous or city hall. We also visited Marthalle but unfortunately being Sunday it was closed.

Dinner time was way past due so in our walking we came upon the Chinese Garden which was ...

... my plastic bag I had with me and asked what was in it. "Food", I said with a hand motion of putting a cheeseburger in my mouth. He looked inside to confirm, and maybe because there actually wasn´t a cheeseburger in there, he took another lengthy look at my backpack, stared me down eye to eye and at this point I started to wonder, maybe I did have something I wasn´t supposed to. Fortunately, he had had enough toying with me and reluctantly handed me back my passport and ...
