The Black Forest (a truly colorful place)

We have spent the past couple days in a tiny town called Bad Wildbad. It's an amazingly good town name and a fantastic place to be. We are in the northern portion of the Black Forest which is in southern Germany. The town is a retirement, rehabilitation, and resort area. It's great because we are here right before things pick up for the winter season if skiing so it is completely deserted of everyone ...

... showing (Final Score 4:0 for Wolfsburg) it was loads of fun to see some high quality players like Naldo, De Bruyne, and Perisic! This was an environment that would offer ...

... up late and then went out to get food.

  • The first supermarket I found turned out to sell only natural organic produce, was expensive and didn't really sell any of what I wanted.
  • I found an Aldi across the street and went there instead. They also have markets that sell just bathroom/cosmetic stuff. I managed to find some decent hairgel there!!! finally. The first thing I did was sent a photo of it to Vale back in Argentina. She hated me wearing my hat all the ...

... fun. I have to say that I am so glad to be here. Gerhard, Kristina, and Miriam are so loving and helpful. It makes me sad that I wasn't here sooner for them, Gerhard especially, but late is better than never [Gerhard's brother and father, my uncle and cousin, died tragically in a motorcycle accident three years ago.] I know you won't mind that I invited them to our house next year for their vacation. I don't know if they will actually come, but I wanted ...
