    Amazing weather today - bright sunshine with slightly crisp temperature. Our guided walk started by taking the cable car half way up the mountain. We still walked up plenty of hills though!     On 9/26 we again deviated from our original plans in order to travel back Guarda to see the festivities involved in bringing the cows down to lower pastures for the winter.     ... but all we found was an isolated dwelling where we could buy cheese and hot tea. We ended up hiking a loop back to Ardez, then taking the train to Scuol. It was an interesting day with 7 hours on the trail. On 9/24 we took two buses to Tschlin then hiked to Vna.     We woke up to the most beautiful view along the river. There's even a castle up on the hill! We weren't quite sure what was here as we pulled up after dark last night.
