    We wake up at 5am and dump Alison and Scott on the quay and make a quick get away as 50 miles to do before the windy front arrives, that Is due late afternoon. We make good time and turn the corner of the west coast as the winds pick up so glad to be in harbour by 3.     ... but all of them were in better condition. We saw the temples of Herakles, Zeus Juno and Concordia.

    This place was beautiful. It was, at one time, a Garden of Eden. It was still full of olive, almond, lemon and orange trees. There were also many flowers of different origin that had a wonderful aroma.

    ... reassessing this was NOT the house sitting I wanted. It eventually would have cost more than living home, esp heating the house with the bombola gas tank..was told it could top 25 euro a day. So I am quite relieved that my time there is ending sooner than later.     ... wasn't in a cow patch.. Don't you just hate it when your TOM TOM says :you have reached your destination" and you are in the middle of nowhere? After calling the hotel at least 6 times..the woman didn't get me any closer because we were having a communication problem in English. She thought I was somewhere else..kept directing me the wrong way since it was never the right way..I finally after at least 30 minutes, got a little closer but she still didn't recognize ...

    ... going out, heard the orders to replace are a go..once again..will wait and see. Sunday March 22 Day of rest? No. First top priority is to go to my wifi station at the apt and catch up.
