The Seri Nyonya Restaurant has actually not been given it's share of credit when people talk about nyonya restaurants in Melaka, despite having won the title of "Best Award Winning Restaurant" from the Tourism Office. Melaka day 2

A full day exploring Melaka by foot. Dodging once more, the ubiquitous tri-shaw wallahs, we set off past the Porta de Santiago and remains of the great Portuguese Fort of A Formosa, together with the Proclamation of Independence Memorial, which is actually a building. Onwards then towards the town square and our planned walking trail.
This would not be a concern as the suggested Jerak Warisan Heritage Trail could be obtained from the Tourist Information Off...

Wow! Words can't describe the eperiences we have had since arriving to our new destination; Melaka, Malaysia. It's still as hot as singapore, if not, HOTTER :D. We took the bus from Singapore to Malaka (both tickets cost less than ONE$ingaport $ling at the Raffles Hotel). The ride took longer than expected (over 5 hours with border crossings, stops for lunch, etc.). On Friday awaited for A(my malay medic friend from the Isle of Wight) to arrive, and then be able to know the plans for her sister's wedding. Relaxed, met more people passing through the hostel, bartered and played with my camera. Finally, found out that she had actually missed the actual marriage vows of her sister's wedding!
