      ... of the mountain where there was a chairlift type thing which took us half way up the mountain. From half way we caught this massive box up which carried about 40 people, up the mountain. It was very tight and a little clostrophobic. We had the most beautiful views of the mountain the whole way up. We took loads of photos and didn't think it could get much better.       ... to secure the right key after having purchased 6mm and 7mm keys. Thanks to my British Sri Lankan acquaintance I'm now proud owner of the correct key with a width of 10mm.

      Maybe this key will help us make friends with fellow travelers and maybe the Provodnitsa will throw us out of the train at full speed. We'll see... I just can't resist the temptation to be master of our window and get a chance at unfiltered pictures with the camera.

      We had resolved to have a lazy day in Reiden, which amounted to playing board and card games. The two games played were Brandi Dog, and Bells.       Today our tour guide pushed the times of our morning activity and lunch back so that we could attempt to get some sleep after true antics of the night before. We met for breakfast at 930 and then headed off for our adventure up Mount Pilatus.       Instead of heading direct to Besancon to watch stage 9 of the Tour, I figured we were about the same distance to my friends, Dom and Petra's place in Switzerland, so a quick email to Dom two days earlier confirmed our invitation for lunch.
