17.11.14 to 24.11.14 Meersburg Germany We left Murnau and drove through the beautiful Bavarian Forests, pastures, mountains and postcard scenery. Got to our Hotel which is called the Romantik and it is beautiful, Lakeview room over to the mountains of Switzerland. We extended our stay to 7 nights, getting tired of moving every couple of days. We arrived in Lindau fron Strasbourg on Thursday. Lindau, the old town, is an island off the northeast shore of the Bodensee connected to the mainland by a bridge. We are staying right on the inner harbour and on a clear day can see Bergenz, Austria and the Swiss alps behind. This is where Germany, Austria and Switzerland all meet. Lindau is in Germany.

Alicyn had never been to Austria. She wanted to check it off of her list. We caught a bus to Feldkirch. It is just across the border.
