... gardens on the Vaporetto boat but on our way we went past this lolly shop where I got this colourful liquorice strip and my dad got a HUGE and LONG strip of black liquorice. Once we got them we went on the boat back to the gardens where we had lunch and then after lunch we went on another boat to Arsenale art show. Once we got to the art show we saw a lot of cool ...

... pictures of the old cars they had on display. Eventually the receptionist finished showing dad how to work the car and all the other important things dad needed to know. We all got the bags into the car boot and looked at the car. It had a red licences plate it was a shiny silver and had a very small hood that looked like it was squashed in. It would be a average sized car in Australia but in Italy compared with there small cars ...

... not be a problem but we are basically running on a solid 7 hours of sleep for the past three days so it wasn't the happiest news we'd received. When we got into the hostel it was almost pitch black. I'm talking about a real cave-like atmosphere and not in the kitschy themed way, in the horror movie, abandoned house, dungeon way. Ditched our bags there as soon as we got the chance and walked aimlessly through the town for the second time. All this exploring has really ...
