    Had a wonderful day today. It started off rather early - woke up at 4:20 and could not get back to sleep. Finally gave up at 7am and figured I might as well get ready and head out. Today I ventured out into the Venice Lagoon to visit three of the islands.     ... the worst blisters by the end of walking around! I couldn't wear shoes for days after I had to wear thongs everywhere. Our second day staying at Verona we spent driving out to a winery town called Soave. We got to information and asked about where the good wineries were for tastings and set of.     ... Now the first problem is that they all look the same (cafes, shops, some banks, some larger squares, opera houses, museums) so like everyone else we just got lost (only the local posties are supposed to know the weird numbering and naming system for each address so how would we have a chance. Answer, maps With Me on my phone which at least gave us our location and a general direction to move to get to the water bus stops.
