Day 10: Florence
We started the day with a major bummer: Bradley left for home bright and early, which makes me really sad. We have FaceTimed with Lou a couple times to make us (me) feel better... but I digress. Anyway, I miss my husband a lot. Today's drizzly, cold weather matched the gloominess of Bradley's ...
Day 9: Florence

I then quickly realized that my knowledge of Pinocchio is limited to the Disneyland attraction. And Since the ride ends soon after the whale scene I`m not to sure if Pinocchio even makes it to his teen years. This new revaluation made ...
Florence Duomo & strolling down the Arno
... that Ino's has for purchase are Slow Food products (ground coffee, boxes of biscotti, and eucalyptus honey are just a few). Slow Food obviously supports other Slow Food products. We leave Ino's (were able to get a small table inside) and stop around the corner at Carapina, the gelato shop which Andrea at SRISA has recommended because of their Slow Food connection. They have many different flavors... Not the standard ones you see at all the other gelatorias). I try ...
