... cross went very well but we could not find any where to buy insurance and was told they don't have it here! the nearest town was Batumi 15km away. I felt excited about the prospect of entering Georgia and what lay beyond. Arriving at Trabzon provided me with a first; my first glimpse of the Black sea….I think.

Despite it being cloudy for the first time since Salzburg, the water still looked so inviting. Let us hope that we get a chance for a dip in Georgia ...
