... picked up so we are literally rocking and rolling back and forth. Rather eerie when you can't see outside anymore. I guess they have done this trip numerous times. Time to go and find something to eat I think. OMG. Never take the fast jet from Santorini to Athens. Nearly eight hours later we finally arrived! Some of the kids threw up as well as some adults in the rough bits. No fun. Never mind we are here now and in our hotel where we'll be for the next three ...

... flag. We all poured in generous glasses and clinked them together trying to sound greek with an "Oupa!!". The general consensus was that it tasted like toilet water, but I quite liked it, and so was coerced to drink another glass. I'm not sure if it was the heat or the spirits but I felt out really of it for the rest of the day. In fact, most of my collection of bruises happened later that day... Later on in the evening we were shuttled out to a beach for ...

We arrived in Paros and after checking in we headed straight to the beach where we spent most of the day reading, swimming and drinking beer. Paros was one of my favourite islands I think, it was very cute not quite as touristy as the others. The owner of our hotel was hilarious. She was this old Irish lady that smoked like a chimney and used the word **** as a full stop (and comma and exclamation mark)

        The first night ...
