... They were part of the cruise ship crowd and had randomly found the restaurant. They had never tried ouzo -- we are surprised at the number of people who visit here but haven't heard of it / tasted it.

The hike back was sooo hot. Just kidding, we took the local bus back to Fira for only €1.60 per person. Only had to wait in line a few minutes - the bus service actually increased its frequency based on demand! Pool and ...

The sun finally set and it was very pretty, but we think our sunset in the restaurant the night before was probably a better experience without the crowds. And more wine and food and even putting it out there an actual better view point for the setting sun. Seriously.

It was about dinner time after the sun had gone down so we went in search of something not crazy expensive. ...

... he was coming, they extinguished the lights and fled the village in the dark so the pirate would find it abandoned. The white paths remain today as a reminder. Once again we were blessed with the weather and got to view another amazing sunset. With an hour or so up our sleeves before boarding we headed to the cafe recommended by our guide as she said it offered free wifi. Well wouldn't you know it, just as we sat down there was a loud bang and ...
