    The actual title of this 2007 book would not fit in the subject line: How to Talk about Books you haven't Read.

    I was expecting a spoof (with or without a serious point emerging) but this book is completely serious (with a wry smile showing through occasionally) and deeply philosophical -- though elegant and simple.
