... of the petroglyphs were carvings of the sun, alligators, and deer. They often used these as warnings, signs, or directions of the land. Just as we were turning to leave the scene, we discovered that we were locked out of the van! Oops! This took no time at all to remedy because the people here are so helpful and resourceful. ... in shock we have a giant suite way bigger than our apartment with a wrap around patio, ocean view and 2 private jacuzzis -- one inside and one outside. ... didn't fancy climbing two hours through wet hillside to see a volcano that was not performing! I'd rather go for a walk in the Malverns. The rain kept coming.... I went around some of the other agencies... Didn't feel like quad-biking, zip-wiring etc... Thought that visit to Butterfly farm would be fun until somebody told me it was rubbish...Took a taxi back to the Hotel. Depressed.

Decided that I would head back to the UK, talked to Alexandra and booked to fly back ...
