After breakfast, we head through town to the walkway down to the gorge. Alhama de Granada lies at the edge of a gorge where a little river runs through. ... cool and lovely to ride on the roof of the boat. The entire boat trip was fabulous! We had a great day and felt so happy but sad to get off the boat. We fed the fish at the end of the dock before saying farewell to Ena and Stuart.

... winding road before reaching our town, Alhama de Granada. It's hilly and very cute. We take a few detours before finding our street and rental home. Luckily there is a little hill that they call a parking lot just a few meters up the road. Aunt Gretchen and Uncle Garth are there to meet us... so fun to see familiar faces in Spain !

... were convenient, they just went in a big circle around the place, so there was no way of getting lost. We enjoyed watching men who were just friends greet each other, they kiss each other on the cheeks, I can't imagine men in New Zealand doing this.
