The city is laid out in grid form, with avenues (avenidas) running roughly east-west and streets (calles) running roughly north-south (the city is sort of diagonally laid out, hence the “roughly”). Our bus from San Josť dropped us off at about Calle 8 and Avenida 2. Avenida 1 is more like a highway than a street, and runs along the actual port area of the city. We exited the bus into ...

... so great with her. Often the father will attack the baby, they are obviously not present with the child in the wild so it's hardly in their instinct. However Bam Bam let's Lola climb on him they will lick each other and then she'll go back to her mother Sofia. So adorable. Now that is a sloth family unit! While all this drama/cuteness was going on while I was watching them I heard a crash. I immediately thought, oh god one of my sloths has fallen! Unfortunately I was right. It ...
