    ... the wonderful waterfall town of Lauterbrunnen which is extremely scenic and has the best coffee shop in the whole of Switzerland. Every time i come to this part of the world I make a plan and head here simply for a nice cup of coffee.

    ... broccoli, carrots and potatoes, cooked to perfection by chef mark gobbey, it was an early night.
    today was pottering around wengen. Then we decided to take the walking track to lauterbrunnen. OMG. Steep, steep track down ... The calves and thighs will know about it tomorrow .. For 4kms, then the walk back. Yep, not a good look. However, the walk back was supposed to take 1 hour 20mins - we did it in 53 mins. Pretty impressive ...

    Back to the tunnel station and head for the front of the train where I was hoping it would be a quiet trip back down the mountain, however that was not to be and soon the coach is full of noisy Japanese tourists yet again.     ... I looked out the window I could not help but notice how high up we were. All of a sudden the cart lurched forwards throwing people off balance and into the walls.
