    ... br style="line-height: 10.5733327865601px;">Travel day from Geneva to Wengen in the Alps. We made it right on time for the 933 intercity train to Montreux. Pleasant ride, many youngsters/high schoolers or collegers came in, probably for a cosplay (they're in costumes). Most got off at Montreux just like us. Beautiful weather, incredible view of mountains and lake.

    Sure enough I boarded the first available train without a ticket which is very clearly written all over the place as being a criminal offence.

    ... The castle was being restored and party covered in scaffolding so we didn't go in. We will see plenty of castles in France.     ... to the speed run. The timings were not great but it looks like JJ and I both exceeded 90 km/h by some margin today. Then we headed up to the north face of the Eiger and to the lift which ends in a cave in the mountain. This life was a T-bar last time I was in Wengen but it is now a six person chairlift and much better for it.
