      ... we headed up the Lauberhorn chair to complete the run back to Kleine Scheidegg from the top of the hill, before carrying on to the Arven run and down to the bottom to take the Eigernordwand chair.       ... LSD run a week I am afraid. I'm also going to do some long walks too through April in preparation for mixing up the running/walking.

      We had to be on the bus at 7:45am this morning for 9 hours on the bus. The countryside was interesting. I watched the sunrise about 8:30am still can't get use to the sun being as lazy as me in the morning. I heard this morning it's around 40 degrees at home I think I'm happy with 5 degrees. I hope there snow in Lauterbrunnen where we are staying. I'm on the bus now. I will find out soon enough.
