Unfortunately we were unable to check in so we had to dump our bags and find something to do. We didn't want to go far so first we headed out for breakfast and found a great little spot down the road. We then found the large park at the end of the road. A nice place to hang out for the day but somewhere to pass through rather than a destination.

But let me point out gin/vodka are 3.50gbp a liter..happy days.

... stall and pout and eventually bring you another drink, then make you wait for most of the evening before they finally bring the bill. When you pay they will look at you as if you were from another country, which in fact you are, and they are not happy about it. A sort of “why don’t you go home now” look that dominates the restaurant staff of the entire country. Oh and don’t forget to tip.

After a day of drizzly ...
