      If we had started wandering earlier or hadn't wandered for as long as we did, we would have missed the way the sun lined up perfectly to turn the Plaza Independencia's fountains into rainbows.

      ... of the Ozzies announced it was her partners birthday & a bottle of bubbly was produced for us to taste. We then moved onto vineyard number 3, called Bodega Caelum, which is a family run vineyard that only started producing wine in 2009. Before that it had sold grapes to other vineyards.
