    ... love their grappa. Even have grapperias - bars that specialize in grappa. Beautiful views of the mountains. Very proud of the "Alpinis" - mountain men. There are several grappa museums. We liked the Poli one. Best was a 4 year old aged in oak made from blend of cab sab and merlot. Cool to see the history of the Poli family. Had more gelato today cause it was stinkin hot.     Great hotel after yummy breakfast left at8 30am biiking with Margaret and Richard (aussies)
    Riding through the vine yards and lovely old villages stopped at small cafe at Rovereto early where locals were drinking beer wine not enough chairs so lady moved all the locals to same tables so there was a free one for us ,they make nice coffee over here john asked for hot chocolate he got a cup of hot mousse (he thinks) want order one of those ...
