... some joggers - as well as the dogs and cats of the valley!

By the time we reached Stechelberg, we felt we had earned a reward, so we shared a piece of home made Black Forest cake - it was so light that it literally melted in one's mouth. The Post Bus then took us back to Lauterbrunnen, where we sat on our balcony (having a local ale) looking back up the valley at the Jungfrau & Silberhorn mountains and thinking how very lucky we are.

... the windows wide to let in the fresh mountain air and waved to those going up the mountain in the cable cars :P We had to laugh at mums poor excuse for a pillow which appeared to be hard bits of foam put in a pillow slip that made the lumpiest of pillows we’ve ever seen.
