... surprised with a nice, ample, well decorated condo. Nice living, dinning table for 8 to 10, modern kitchen stucked with everything we need for breakfast and drinks (they asked me for our list in advance to do the groceries for us), and 3 bedrooms ready to receive 7 people.

We unpacked , chat for a while and head out for dinner, we explore a couple of blocks at la quinta but the girls were too hungry so we settled for the Ula Gula one block from the condo.

... amp; pedicure for the past month. Of cause this slapped a huge smile on my face, a beautiful start to the day. It was truly incredible, we all slipped our kayak's into the calm flat water. The ocean was so clear, nothing could hide as we paddled through the pristine water. The sun was pelting down but it was an incredible experience wadding through the shallow waters looking for sea life. After spending a good 40mins in the water Stuie asked me to paddle back ...

My first 72 hours in Mexico gave true meaning to the phrase 'fiesta no siesta.'

I arrived in Cozumel Friday afternoon and was greeted at the airport by Mike Sobel, course director here for the Divemaster Internship Programme. After a short ride, we arrived back at the house, which was empty as all the other interns had gone out diving. As I freshened up and got unpacked, Mike headed out to pick us up some delicious grilled chicken tacos from one ...

... We swam with turtles bigger than my torso who must have been at least 150 years old. The visibility in the ocean wasn't ideal, and we only saw four turtles, but they were still really cool to be so close to. When we had decided the visibility and waves were just too much, we visited the final location, a lagoon about ten minutes away. I really enjoyed going through really tight spaces underwater at the lagoon, as I had been diving with scuba equipment for awhile, ...

... fish found their way to one of the many restaurants.

Sarah made ceviche of most of the fish but we will have to wait till tomorrow to find out how it'll taste. The remainder of the fish we had for dinner, fried with tomatoes and onions on toast and was fantastic. Still not much of a fish eater but this dolphin fish is another one that gets the seal of approval (wonder how expensive this fish is at home).
