        ... and we had to celebrate this with a snorkel test! After the a successfully completed snorkel test we all went to Seņor Frog's - a touristy Ballermann club where we had an expensive cocktail, popcorn a little bit of dancing. The night ended in the DM house as usual where we continued the celebration.

        I only had a bit of time to kill, so I turned on Avenida Juarez, the main road that takes you from one end of Playa del Carmen to another. A block away from La Quinta, I coukd already see and feel the difference. No more venders shouting out at you, no "2 for 1" drink specials, and no Italian restaurants. Instead, I was greeted with the smell of real Mexican tacos that sell for a dollar on the streets, the sounds ...
