... the world's biggest flower which only grows in a few places on earth. Getting there The flower was dead and wasn't a flower but a fungus. Not to be disheartened though we enjoyed the trek and even the sun came out.
After lunch we went to see a couple more tourist attractions in the Cameron Highlands. We went to a butterfly farm, a tea plantation and a strawberry farm. After this the jeep brought us back to our hostel.

... At least it was downhill :) After nearly an hour of walking and messing taking photos in the tea fields with our newly purchased tea we were stopped by a passing car who offered us a lift. Tom looked at me and I think my eyes lit up as I didn't say anything and so he was like ah yeah that'd be fantastic thanks. ... There were so many bleedin steps... once again!! We walked all the way up and looked out at all the view. ... asking us if we were going to the guest house (she works there and was leaving for the day) and whether we'd like a lift in her 4x4. She spoke perfect English and she gave us a little history of the town and some ideas of things to do whilst we were in the Cameron Highlands. Unfortnately her guest house only had dorm rooms available which would normally have been fine for a couple of nights but with both of us feeling a bit dodgy it didn't appeal.
