Trebon is famous for carp dish. Carp is czech speciality for christmas dinner and Trebon produce most of the materials they eat on holy night (according to Lonely Planet).
I ordered deep-fried carp with spiced sauce. I loved it ! （Yamagata, where I live in Japan, also specializes in carp dish. So I wasn't new to carp. but I loved czech carp cuisine ...
