Today I had a sleep in and once I had finihsed breakfast I walked to the market again.
Again it was so busy, that after an hour I had had enough, so I walked home and had some lunch.
At 1:30 I went with Eugene to pick Anna up from work ...
... then had some breakfast and headed off to Calpe again to spend some time on the beach and I planned to climb Penon de ifach.
I got to the beach at about 11am and spent the next 3 hours before walking down the boulevard and visiting the "old town". I then walked back and walked up to Penon de ifach and climbed up to the tunnel which leads you through the mountain to the very top.
... de ifach and also saw underwater sea live. Waters are so crystal clear.
After our cruise we had a coffee and Mary went back to the beach as it was her last day before she was to fly home.
I went for a walk around the boulevard and around the rock. I also saw the fishing boats ...
... the cigarette lighter did not work which meant that the GPS was not charging. So we contacted the company and they came out and fixed it. In the meantime we decided to get take away pizza which we enjoyed with a glass of red wine.
After dinner we played cards and then off to bed as we were going to Valencia the next day
... to buying cask wines. But I am a snob, and prefer my wine out of bottles.
Did a bit of wine tasting and enjoyed some of their red wines and a moscatel, which is s dessert wine. From here we went to have a coffee and then made our way home.
Mary and I wetn out for dinner at a restaurant called Casa Caty, where we had a 3 course meal with a bottle of red wine called Don Hugo.
Then it was back to the accommodation to prepare for bed
