Eventually he told me that the heating element in the boiler was bust and I needed a new one. This would have to be shipped out from Germany and would take a minimum of 3 weeks. I explained that I was leaving the area in 10 days and asked if there was any way the process could be speeded up. The ...

... and sporting areas. They have placed their zoo on a piece, the Arts and Science centre on a part as well, but is it finished? that is up to an opinion. Some places are very well done and maintained, but there are some parts that just look like they need something to finish it off.
