... switch off about money and pay what is asked. If one kept thinking of prices and money every time they went into a shop then you might as well forget even going to that country.
One thing that did have me a bit worried on this adventure was the total lack of marine wildlife. At every lake and river I stopped at I would hope to see some fish or some marine life but in all I might have seen about 20 or so little fish in all the days I was there!!

... would take us a solid two hours to find this market! Once we got there, we wandered around and looked at all the different things that the locals were selling. We had a cup of hot chocolate, and then decided to head back to the hostel. It took us quite a long time to finally find our way back, but low and behold we made it! The rest of that day consisted of relaxing and catching up with our families!

... reflection. So strange. I then sat down on the toilet seat and noticed to my left and right were mirrors angled so that I couldn't see myself but I could see the mirrors opposite. So in essence it created an illusion that the walls of the cubicle stretched on infinitely and I could see into everyone else's cubicle. It was so weird. Elle also used the bathroom and so afterwards we had a good chat about how strange the experience was. Weirdest toilet I have ever used in my life. ...

... home along the lit canal and hopped into bed. Today we woke up to our first day of rain in over three weeks, which inspired a slow, lazy start to the day. We picked up some breakfast (homemade quiche and a ginger muffin) at the organic bakery around the corner, and we swung by the most amazing cheese shop ever to pick up some goodies for lunch.
