Today we woke up at around 5:30 and caught a vaporeto to the train station. We were then about to hop onto the train to Verona but we thought we would classify that no reservation was required for this train trip as it was the regional train which was not as fast and not as fancy or first class as the past trains we had been on. The train people said that it was all good but they also informed us that ...

Lots of great sights, lots of shopping, eating, drinking and then back to our Hotel for ...

Simone's friend arrived, picked up the kitten, and Jess announced that not only does she want a Roomba, she also wants a kitten.

That afternoon we were talking to Simone about our plans to cook dinner for her and Matteo on Friday when she told us that Matteo has pilates on Friday and ...

... see it before the crowds arrived! We then jumped on a VERY crowded water bus to head to Murano. It was very touristy, but on the positive side I am now the proud owner of a beautiful (and heavy - thank you Michael) piece of Murano glass! We ended the day with a pizza and more wine in Venice before tackling the public transport back to our ...
