    ... many hungry mouths. Places to set, food to organize, room to make when you have all of a sudden 15 people in your house!

    Raclette is really the most ideal of dishes for this type of gathering. You serve a little potato with a little puddle of heavenly melted cheese along with bread and dried meats and voila! Instant delicacy.

    ... Eventually though it stopped and we had to walk what seems like for ever to get to the first class carriages at the front of the train. In all it appeared have over 20 carriages on board.......... Needed them too as this is a popular line in tourist season.
