... last visit,.. the town was really buzzing. The central market square is alive with restaurants,.. wall to wall! (On our 2006 visit our day in town was a Sunday and, like all of France, the place was like a ghost town.) We rode and walked till 6.30pm. Tom went the castle party so he was a little late in the ...

... day and so I wouldn't have to rush or worry about anything. Clearly I can't be that lucky.

13 hours until I leave for England. Let the countdown begin! Well on a happier note, the old converter is working, much better than the one I usually use. I just had to use a pen when I plugged it into the outlet. That might not be very safe, but it was effective. My laptop has been charging non-stop, which doesn't happen with my other charger. Maybe I could use my ...

... included tuna fish, cheeses, sandwiches, grapes and dessert. We bought "Stick Chocolate", a hot chocolate drink made with a wooden spoon with a large chunk attached to it. The chocolate melts into the hot milk and is delicious. It would become our favorite drink. After lunch, the Long Option includes "rolling hills", something for which we no longer had energy. The van would take us ...
