    Bonjour,

It isn't raining - yay! Due to our super squishy confined hostel we are up super early and at the local produce market before it opens. Whoops. We grab a few bits and sit by the water and watch the people up and about.

We catch the bus to Monaco setting us back a measly 1.50 euro. It is a beautiful view along the French ...

We left the Silver Beast at home and opted for the train, which was about a 15 minute walk from our hotel. The train ride itself from Juan Les Pins to Cannes was also about 15 minutes. The Cannes train station is a few blocks off the action, but once we hit the main drag it was full on glitz and glamour. The road was busy and full of really expensive cars, I ...

... there isn't much to do except to walk along the boulevard, eat, and hang out by the beach.

We were out of euros and needed a cash station. Anne's HSBC card gets money without fees for good rates from HSBC machines. She thought she had seen one behind the Hertz office, and I thought I had seen one behind our hotel when we went around that long block looking for a right turn. We decided to take the city streets behind the main drag.

    I was ...
