Hotel Du Parc Juan-les-Pins

After brekkie it was onto Menton which is a lovely little town just before the Italian border. Menton is a much more down to earth place than its neighbours and more our scene. We found a park right on the beach and went for a wander and took in sum much needed sun. Next stop Italia!!<br>

After eating a good breakfast on the terrace of our hotel, we drove into Monaco to see the Prince's Palace and the changing of the guard (which only happens once per day at 11:55am). The first thing I noticed about Monaco is that they didn't seem to have as many street people as the rest of the places that I have been to in France. Probably because I also noticed that there were police and guards everywhere. A very pleasant place to visit. I watched a film on the history of Monaco to try and figure out what exactly it means that it is a principality, but really I am not that much more aware.
