... It was very strange as they don't count down to the minute. There is no "Cinq, quatre, trois, deux, une! Bonne Année." But my Kiwi friend and I did it between ourselves. It's not as enjoyable when you don't countdown because you sort of just stand there and then it's like "oh look at that, it's midnight." ... of Vincent arrived. We had a big dinner!!! And we were all up and talking until about 1am. Christmas Day, we woke up and started preparing the house again for a Christmas Day lunch!!
