... is always the people. It is always magical when you realize that the vast majority of people are just like you. At the moment we are in sinq with a beautiful man from North Carolina, with the most delightful American accent I have ever heard, a lovely German man, some delightful American ladies and a lovely French couple. The Basque Country of Northern Spain is very different from Spain in general. Different language, darker complexions, and the houses are much more like what we have seen in Austria or Italy than in Spain. The country is hilly, richer, and greener. The coast along the Bay of Biscay very rugged with ...

... out. I'm paying 15 euro for the bed but some of the caravans are donartivo which means you pay what you can afford. You put the money into a tin so no one sees how much. One home owner I stayed with hates donartivo's and reckons they driving people like him out if business, he was also convinced that rich people give 100 euros so the whole thing is a scam. He went on and on for an hour about it. ...
