Kuru hospitality is just so absolutely lovely. Sid and Muneera treated me to a wonderful Sunday and Rais charmed me from the moment he crawled out of his cot. Scrambled eggs (they are getting better every time I visit, Sid!) and croissants combined for a very relaxed breakfast and Rais provided the entertainment with a repertoire of hoovering, CBeebies dancing and lion impressions.

Amazing to wake up in the hotel, with nothing to do all day! Had breakfast in bed then went out for a wander leaving 10 bags and the bikes with the hotel. Mikey was too embarrassed to leave our stinky cycling shoes so had to carry them around all day. We went to the tourist office and she gave us excellent maps of the entire country with cycle routes, loads of campsites. We then spent two hours in an internet cafe trying to catch up with the blog.
