... Every so often these gleaming roads pause for a toll plaza, without warning in some cases. Anyway, we got there swiftly albeit minus a few Euros.

... over France, which were stunning as some of them were over six hundred years old.

We also decided to take out a canoe onto the Loire River and we got to see the Loire Valley itself from a different perspective. We also saw some cows on the river bank and the Winery that we had been to the day before.

Overall I had a lovely stay in the Loire despite it being so very hot, now onto another region of France, Normandy. Bye for now, Clopsicorn

Interesting village where Van Gogh lived the last 70 days of his life & where he is buried. He painted 80 paintings & 100+ drawings during this time! Once again we're having unusually nice weather.
