... down the stairs, it's about 5:30 am and I was praying he would not invite them in, fortunately he told them to go away even though they were bringing us a pot of onion soup to eat. Apparently this is a tradition after parties and in particular weddings where they wake up the newly weds with a hearty onion soup!!!!!

This year was a bit tamer, I was home tucked in bed by 1 and D arrived 3 ish, although he was definitely a little fragile the next day.

Already September, kids back to school yesterday except in BC, here it is an achingly beautiful day, bright sunlight and a lovely breeze to dry my hanging laundry.
