After spending one day in the beautiful city of Geneva, I've observed a few things:

1. Geneva is very similar to France; specifically the architecture, food, and language.

2. More Swiss people speak English and are willing to use it than in Paris.

Annecy is a very mixed town, full of apartments, offices and many other things. Many of the people did not speak English very well because it's a small town.
