... staff than patrons. Cost €10 to get in! The interior is like one of the palaces I’ve been too; plush seats; pull levers on the pokies. The tables are old-style with the croupiers using real rakes to literally rake the money in. Even the toilets are self-cleaning. The whole place is quite surreal. Not as big as I imagined, and I think it was quiet because u had to pay, whereas the casino at my hotel was always packed & free entry with ...
Monaco, Monaco travellingross... in real english translates to....have sex with chris's mother......
and also " i like drink vodka and go club" from a certain unenthusiastic young lady.
well, at least they understood the question...
so i informed them that all of that was simply UNACCEPTABLE and my classroom is a microcosm of the US, ergo if you are under 21 ( which thankfully they are only 19,20) drinking is strictly verboten and i don't want to hear about illegal ...

... didn't charge me. They do if the delay is less than 2 hrs. So instead of the 4:25pm flight, I am getting the 8:15pm. Annoying because I miss seeing Nice in daytime and the train ride to Monaco is supposed to be excellent views over the Mediterranean.
So, today has basically been in transit. Saw some good views from the plane window of the Swiss Alps (at least I think that’s what those mountains were).
Hahahaha, they are playing ...
... of all ages surrounded us and even a few topless women, but they were fairly discreet, ( I couldn’t get any pictures). We also searched for beach glass and found a handful of green, whitish and amber glass that has been smoothed by the ocean and sand (thanks Kit for this idea), we hope to make some jewelry or a mosaic with the glass when we return home (we love free souvenirs).

... was there to help me out, but he mainly just gave me suggestions like facing the table numbers towards the entrance. Alan was really nice and we became friends, he called me "LA" because I'm from Los Angeles. Before he left, we have me his card and said he would call me if he ever needed help for a party in LA and if I needed a recommendation, he would gladly write me one.
Finally, after a long day, I got to eat dinner, provided by the hotel and very ...
... of feel like I'm back in high school again. The classes are very easy here compared to UCSD. The hard part is getting through the three hour classes. I usually get hungry half way through. I am in fact in class right now. We are learning about shapes. Obviously I am listening very intently. I got a letter from my mom yesterday, it's been my only piece of mail that I've gotten so far, which is weird because I've been here a month. Hint...hint! Last weekend, I went ...
Antibes, Provence, France k1thomas... a rocky outcrop (they nearly all seem to be) half way between mountains and sea. It was market day, and despite our best intentions of stopping off to see what was on offer, there was no parking to be had. The town was packed. The home of violets. Finally Vence, which is perched on an inland rock and has views out to the sea. Parking again was a real issue in this medieval town made famous by the stars who regularly visit. The main areas of interest apart ...
Antibes, France bucksbeach... the walk. Beautiful, and when we could see the houses, they were something else. James Dreyer informed us that Roman Abramovich, owner of Chelsea has bought or is building on Cap Antibes in the most expensive property purchase ever. Not surprised. Wonder if his hedge is piddle point!!! Our village itself is overlooked by 16th Century Fort Le Carre, which was there to protect both the village and the port in times long gone. The view back over the Marina ...
