... As we cross the river and head up the side we come to the exercise section. 650 steps up the side of the cliff to the lookout over the falls. If you say it quick it doesn't seem like many, but when the temperature is heading to 30 degrees there doesnt seem to be an end to the steps. ... treeless. The reason is the salty strong winds along the northeast coast called Bora. On the west side it is quite the opposite. Lush green land with a lot of Oleaders, Lavender and Thyme. There are many nice small and old cities and a coast full of beautiful bays where you can swim.
